Elcot Fest - Things you need to know

• Outside bars are going to be CARD ONLY

• Inside bar will be both cash and card

• There will be outside toilets available as well as inside ones

• Food vendors will be a mixture of cash and card - update for each tbc

• You are more than welcome to bring blankets and chairs but please NO GAZEBOS

• No food or drink other than what is purchased on site is permitted.

• Baby changing facilities are available - please see member of staff behind inside bar

• There will be minimal shade on the day please bare this in mind if you plan on bringing children and dogs with you

• Entrance is through the main gate on the side of the clubhouse where you will be given a wristband to confirm ticket purchase

• Under 18’s will need to vacate by 8pm

• Parking available at Tenable screw (situated at stoney bridges, next to ambulance station)

• Soft play area: although a volunteer will be there please make sure you are supervising your children at all times, MTFC accept no responsibility for this and it is used at your own risk.
